Hello! I'm Beata
As a second-year master's student studying Clinical Psychology and Personalities, I am on my way to becoming a skilled and qualified mental health professional. My program's accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of the American Psychological Association (APA) ensures that you are receiving a high-quality education that meets the standards set by this prestigious organization.
As a Psychotherapist in certification in Therapeutic Counselling under the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) with an ID number of 923902, I am also gaining valuable practical experience in the field of psychotherapy. The BACP is a professional organization that sets ethical and professional standards for counsellors and psychotherapists in the UK, and certification with them is a sign of your commitment to providing quality care to my clients.

Approach in Therapy
PSYCHODYNAMIC
Psychodynamic therapy focuses on the psychological roots of emotional suffering. Its hallmarks are self-reflection and self-examination, and the use of the relationship between therapist and patient as a window into problematic relationship patterns in the patient's life.
PSYCHOANALYTIC
Psychoanalysis is a set of theories and therapeutic techniques that deal in part with the unconscious mind, and which together form a method of treatment for mental disorders. It is a therapeutic process which helps patients understand and resolve their problems by increasing awareness of their inner world.
CBT THERAPY
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a type of talking therapy. It is a common treatment for a range of mental health problems. CBT teaches you coping skills for dealing with different problems. It focuses on how your thoughts, beliefs and attitudes affect your feelings and actions.
