My Interest
Beata Jankowska Psychotherapist.jpg

Sometimes it's easier to talk to a stranger than to relatives or friends. During the therapy,

I will listen to you and help you find your own answers to problems, without judging you. It's an opportunity to look at your problems in a different way with someone who'll respect you and your opinions.

I have been fascinated with human psychology and behaviour my entire adult life.

Moving a lot throughout my life allowed me to see and experience different cultures, personalities and values.  I have been interested in how our feelings influence our thoughts, behaviours and how we form relationships with family, friends and strangers.

My approach is highly personalised with aim is to help clients identify problems, help empower them to make positive changes, and help to promote resilience to overcome future obstacles in a manner that helps maintain good mental health.

I have dedicated my time to education, training and research.  Also enjoy this unique experience by assessing clients' behaviour and needs via observation, interviews and psychometric tests.

My past and present professional career background includes Hospitality (Hotels, Management, HR), Management ( Finances, Bussiness, Accounts )  and NHS.

British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy - Student Member ID 00923902
