I'll listen and support you without judging or criticising.
As a therapist I can help you gain a better understanding of your feelings and thought processes, and find your own solutions to problems.
But I won't usually give advice or tell you what to do.
My sessions are limited and offered as face to face, e-counselling, online ( Skype, Zoom, Teams ) and home visits.
